As you may have noticed the “A hole in the sky” quest chain had an issue where the quest was ended prematurely, because of this many of you did not have the chance to test your blades against the swarm.

Today we are opening both distortions Ancient Swarm: Matriarchs and Ancient Swarm: Witherer to all players no matter where your progress was in the quest.

It will be available to all players on consoles with the next patch.

Fight the thousand-year-old defenders of Sangra that have now awoken because of the anomaly. They were locked in distortions for thousands of years, but the anomaly has awakened them. They are waiting for Sangra’s return, unaware that she is long dead.
