We are very excited to announce the latest contest where the community can enter for their chance to win one of twenty Skyforge Closed Beta keys - the Skyforge "Create a Class" Community Contest!
For this contest we're challenging the community to show their creativity and create a character class that you could imagine battling to defend Aelion from invading forces and malevolent gods!
To create a class you'll need to give it a name, a combat style (i.e. melee) and create a description/history for the class. Bonus points if you include fan art in your submission!
The top twenty (20) entries, as judged by the Skyforge team, will each receive a beta key giving them guaranteed access to the Skyforge Closed beta. All entries must be submitted as a reply to this topic on the Skyforge Forum.
The Skyforge "Create a Class" Community Contest has officially begun! You have until September 11 to submit your entries and make sure you read the Rules & Regulations for the contest. The winners will be announced on September 12.
Rules & Regulations:
- Each entry should contain the name of the class, primary combat style (i.e. melee) and a brief description of the class
- The amount of text should be kept within reason (suggested 1500 - 3000 characters, including spaces)
- Note: You do not need to invent skills and abilities for the class!
- Entries must be submitted as a reply to this topic on the Skyforge forum
- Players can submit a maximum of one entry per day
- Entries cannot contain any material that violates the Skyforge Forum Code of Conduct, Forum Terms of Service or My.com account Terms of Service
- Using multiple accounts to submit additional entries is prohibited. Anyone found using multiple accounts will be disqualified and their second account will be permanently banned from the forum
- Winners will be determined by the subjective judgement of the Skyforge team
- The Skyforge "Create a Class" Community Contest entry period begins at 12:01am PDT September 4, 2014 and ends at 11:59 PDT September 11, 2014
- Winners will be announced on September 12, 2014
- The twenty (20) winners will receive a beta key giving them guaranteed access to the Skyforge closed beta
